Ramani Volkswagen is looking for a Floor Supervisor to manage showroom/service floor operations and ensure smooth day-to-day activities. The role involves supervising staff, assisting customers, and maintaining Volkswagen service standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily floor activities and staff performance Ensure customers are greeted and assisted promptly Coordinate with sales, service, and customer support teams Monitor cleanliness, discipline, and overall floor presentation Handle basic customer concerns and escalate when required Ensure adherence to company and Volkswagen standards

Eligibility:

Experience in automobile dealership or retail supervision preferred

Freshers with strong leadership and communication skills may also apply

Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge Team-handling ability
