- Floor Supervisor

Overview

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for managing daily floor operations, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a smooth workflow within the showroom or shop.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily activities on the showroom/shop floor

Guide and support floor staff

Help customers and solve basic issues

Ensure products are properly displayed

Maintain cleanliness and organization on the floor

Coordinate with sales, billing, and service teams

Check stock availability and request refills

Report daily updates to the manager

Skills Needed

Good communication

Basic leadership

Customer handling

Problem-solving

Qualification

Any degree/diploma

Experience in showroom or retail preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,087.07 - ₹24,545.28 per month
