Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate staff on the floor
to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Monitor attendance, performance, and conduct
of floor staff.
Ensure
quality of service, cleanliness, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
.
Handle customer/visitor queries or escalate issues when necessary.
Manage
inventory, supplies, or equipment
as per requirement.
Conduct
regular checks to maintain order
and
operational efficiency
.
Train new staff and
provide guidance to improve performance
.
Prepare
daily, weekly, or monthly reports
on floor activities and staff performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree
2-5 years of experience in floor supervision, team management, or related roles

Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Basic knowledge of
operational procedures and safety protocols
