Supervise and coordinate daily activities in the diagnostic center, including registration, imaging, and report collection.
Ensure all diagnostic rooms and waiting areas are well-maintained, clean, and patient-ready.
Monitor staff punctuality, discipline, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Handle patient queries, complaints, or delays promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with radiologists, technicians, and reception staff for smooth workflow.
Maintain logs for machine usage, patient volumes, and operational issues.
2. Patient Handling & Care:
Greet and assist patients courteously upon arrival.
Guide patients to the appropriate departments (X-ray, MRI, CT, Ultrasound, etc.).
Ensure patient comfort and privacy during their visit.
Support elderly or differently-abled patients as needed.
Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage patient queues efficiently.
Ensure patient safety protocols are followed at all times.
3. Stock & Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of consumables, reagents, and medical supplies.
Monitor stock levels regularly and prepare purchase requests before depletion.
Verify deliveries, inspect materials, and update inventory records.
Coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
Ensure proper storage conditions for temperature-sensitive materials.
Track usage patterns to prevent wastage or shortages.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospital/Healthcare Management, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in a diagnostic center, hospital, or clinical setup preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of imaging modalities (MRI, CT, X-ray, Ultrasound).
Familiarity with medical inventory systems and MS Office tools.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Customer service-oriented mindset.
Working Conditions:
Rotational shifts may be required.
Frequent interaction with patients and healthcare professionals.
Standing and moving around the center for extended periods.
