The Floor Supervisor is responsible for managing daily sales floor operations, supervising the sales team, and ensuring targets and customer service standards are met. The role focuses on team coordination, performance monitoring, and smooth sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide the sales team on the floor
Assign daily targets and monitor sales performance
Ensure proper customer handling and service quality
Support the team in closing sales and resolving issues
Maintain discipline, attendance, and work schedules
Coordinate with management and other departments
Ensure adherence to company policies and sales procedures
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
Qualifications
Graduate or equivalent qualification
Experience in sales with supervisory exposure preferred
Skills Required
Leadership and team management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving ability
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reports)
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
