Experience Required:

Minimum 2-4 years in hospital operations, patient handling, or floor management.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the

overall in-charge of the hospital floor

, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Handle

patient/customer escalations

promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction. Supervise and coordinate with reception, nursing, and support staff to maintain service quality. Monitor patient flow, waiting time, and address any issues raised by patients or their families. Ensure housekeeping, sanitation, and overall floor environment is clean and presentable. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and management to ensure seamless patient care. Maintain discipline, staff attendance, and adherence to hospital SOPs. Prepare daily reports and update management on any major incidents or concerns. Assist in managing OPD/IPD activities, guiding patients throughout their journey. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hospital standards.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare Management preferred but not mandatory) Experience in hospital operations/medical facility as a Floor Supervisor/Floor In-charge

Salary:

As per industry standards (negotiable based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
