Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible

Floor Supervisor

to manage daily operations at our Kakkanad facility. The ideal candidate will oversee floor activities, coordinate staff, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain quality and safety standards to achieve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations and workforce activities. Ensure all work is carried out efficiently and meets company quality standards. Allocate duties and monitor staff performance to maintain productivity. Handle shift scheduling, attendance, and task allocation. Maintain workplace cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance. Identify and resolve operational issues promptly. Communicate effectively with management, technicians, and support teams. Support training and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or ITI in any technical or relevant discipline (Automobile/Mechanical preferred). 1-3 years of experience as a floor or production supervisor, preferably in an automotive or service environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage a team and ensure timely job completion. Must be a

residing in or willing to relocate to Kakkanad.
