Job Description

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workshop floor, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining service quality, and delivering customer satisfaction. The role involves managing technicians, allocating jobs, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of vehicles as per Suzuki standards.

Supervise and coordinate all service and repair activities on the workshop floor. Allocate job cards to technicians based on skill level and workload. Ensure adherence to Suzuki service procedures and quality standards. Monitor repair progress and ensure timely delivery of vehicles. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks before vehicle delivery. Assist in diagnosing complex technical issues and support technicians. Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards on the workshop floor. Coordinate with Service Advisors for job status updates and customer communication. Manage tools, equipment, and ensure proper usage and maintenance. Record and report daily workshop performance and productivity. Support training and skill development of technicians and helpers.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
