Supervise and coordinate daily showroom floor operations
Welcome walk-in customers and allocate them to sales executives
Ensure sales executives follow standard customer engagement processes
Support sales staff in product explanation, test drives, and negotiations
Monitor enquiries, follow-ups, and conversion ratios
Ensure showroom cleanliness, vehicle display, and brand standards
Handle basic customer concerns and escalate issues when required
Ensure staff discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior
Coordinate with CRM, finance, insurance, and delivery teams
Assist in showroom events, promotions, and audits
Prepare daily activity and sales reports
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
