Job Description

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service floor, ensuring smooth workflow, high-quality service, and excellent customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating technicians, monitoring job progress, maintaining discipline, and ensuring adherence to service standards and safety guidelines.

Supervise and manage daily workshop operations. Allocate jobs to technicians based on skill and workload. Monitor repair progress and ensure timely completion of service jobs. Conduct quality checks on completed vehicles before delivery. Ensure proper usage of tools, equipment, and service bays. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness on the workshop floor. Coordinate with Service Advisor, CRM, and Parts Department for smooth workflow. Handle customer concerns related to service quality or delays. Ensure adherence to manufacturer service guidelines and SOPs. Maintain records of daily productivity, job card status, and technician performance. Train and guide technicians to improve technical skills and productivity. Report daily operations and issues to Service Manager.
