Job Description

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all bodyshop operations to ensure high-quality, efficient, and timely completion of vehicle repairs. This role involves planning and allocating work to technicians, monitoring progress, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing day-to-day workflow within the dealership bodyshop.

Assign and monitor repair/maintenance tasks to bodyshop technicians. Conduct road tests to verify repair quality and resolve technical concerns. Supervise workshop operations to maintain efficiency, quality, and safety standards. Coordinate with service advisors, parts department, and other teams to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer standards, and customer expectations. Support technicians with troubleshooting and technical guidance where necessary. Monitor job cards, repair documentation, and ensure accuracy of records.
