will manage day-to-day workshop floor operations, oversee the technical team, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely service delivery. You will lead technicians, manage job flow, and uphold Royal Enfield's service norms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Repair & Service Management
Allocate job cards and monitor work across all service bays
Communicate repair timelines to Service Consultants
Ensure availability of spare parts, tools & consumables
Provide technical guidance to technicians
Monitor promised delivery times and take corrective actions
Conduct PDI checks with the Service Consultant
Ensure rework cases are handled and rescheduled properly
Maintain clean, organized workshop floors & tools
Ensure adherence to service procedures, checklists & manuals
Track vehicles live and ensure timely delivery
Oversee NVH/drivability pre-tests before road tests
2. Team Leadership & Training
Lead, coach & mentor all technicians
Conduct regular service drills
Ensure 80:60:40 training compliance
Manage productivity, efficiency & quality standards
3. Customer & Support Functions
Support CRM/CRE in complaint resolution
Follow customer satisfaction action plans
Assist Parts Manager in inventory management
Candidate Profile Qualifications
Diploma / Graduate OR strong technical background
2-6 years experience (2-wheeler preferred)
Experience & Skills
Strong technical knowledge of 2-wheelers
Experience managing workshop teams
Process-oriented with high attention to detail
Good analytical & people management skills
Passion for Royal Enfield motorcycles
Must ride/own a Royal Enfield (preferred)
