We are looking for an experienced

Floor Supervisor

to manage day-to-day workshop floor operations for a

2-wheeler automobile service center

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling workshop staff, monitoring service quality, and ensuring timely job completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily workshop floor activities Allocate work to technicians and monitor productivity Ensure quality service and adherence to workshop SOPs Coordinate between service advisors, technicians, and customers Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and job card closure Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and safety standards Handle basic customer queries related to service work Maintain discipline and workflow efficiency on the shop floor

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience as a

Floor Supervisor / Workshop Supervisor

in a

2-wheeler automobile service center

Strong knowledge of two-wheeler servicing and repair processes Experience in managing technicians and workshop operations Basic computer knowledge (job cards, reports, service tracking) Good communication and coordination skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
