Stemrx Hospital and Research Centre is seeking a highly organized and dedicated Logistic and Floor Manager. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless and positive experience for international patients by overseeing all aspects of their logistical needs, including pre-arrival coordination, visa documentation, airport pick-up and drop-off, and patient care management. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Arrival Coordination:
Liaise with international patients and their families to gather necessary information and documentation.
Coordinate with the medical team to schedule appointments, consultations, and treatments.
Provide detailed pre-arrival instructions and support to patients and their families.
Visa Documentation:
Assist patients with the visa application process, including gathering and preparing necessary documents.
Ensure all visa documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
Communicate with relevant authorities and agencies to facilitate the visa approval process.
Airport Pick-Up and Drop-Off:
Coordinate with transport services to arrange timely and comfortable airport pick-up and drop-off for patients.
Ensure patients are greeted upon arrival and escorted to the hospital in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage any special requirements or requests related to patient transportation.
Patient Care Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for international patients during their stay.
Assist with the admission and discharge process, ensuring all patient needs are met.
Coordinate with various hospital departments to ensure smooth and efficient patient care.
Address and resolve any patient concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
Logistical Support:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital floor to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Manage inventory and supplies to support patient care and hospital operations.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, healthcare administration, or patient services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in an international healthcare setting.
Familiarity with visa and immigration processes.
Fluency in multiple languages.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position, requiring flexibility to accommodate varying patient arrival times.
May require occasional evening or weekend work to support patient needs.
