Alok Fashion, a growing clothing business in Greater Noida, is looking to hire an experienced and motivated Floor Manager to oversee daily showroom operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining attractive product displays. Key duties include supervising staff performance, handling customer queries and complaints, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with the billing and inventory teams. The Floor Manager will also be expected to achieve sales targets, maintain store discipline, and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment. Strong leadership skills, good communication, and prior experience in a clothing showroom or retail store are essential. Knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and customer preferences will be an added advantage.
