Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the jewelry manufacturing floor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising gold and diamond jewelry production activities, ensuring quality, productivity, and timely order completion. This role requires strong leadership, knowledge of manufacturing processes, and effective team coordination.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations on the production floor and ensure workflow runs smoothly. Monitor each stage of jewelry manufacturing - from casting, filing, setting, polishing to QC. Ensure workers follow standard operating procedures and meet daily production targets. Allocate tasks to workers based on their skills and order priorities. Identify bottlenecks and resolve issues to avoid delays in production. Maintain discipline, hygiene, and safety on the shop floor. Coordinate with design, QC, and dispatch departments for smooth process flow. Keep track of attendance, productivity, and quality issues. Prepare daily production reports and share updates with senior management. Train and guide new workers to maintain efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in jewelry manufacturing floor supervision. Strong knowledge of gold and diamond jewelry production processes. Ability to manage a team and work under pressure. Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
