- Floor Supervisor (Automobile)

Supervise and coordinate daily shop floor activities Ensure smooth production/service flow as per targets Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with company standards Allocate manpower and manage shift-wise operations Ensure adherence to safety norms, SOPs, and 5S practices Handle daily attendance, discipline, and productivity of staff Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and stores departments Monitor machine, tools, and equipment utilization Identify and report operational issues and breakdowns Maintain job cards, checklists, and daily MIS reports Support training and skill development of technicians/operators Assist in process improvement and efficiency initiatives Ensure timely completion and delivery of assigned jobs

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
