Job Description

Location:

Factory (On-site)

Qualification:

Minimum 10th Pass / High School Pass

Experience:

Minimum 6 months of experience in factory/production floor work

Shift Timing:

12-hour shift (Day/Night as per requirement)

Key Responsibilities):

Supervise daily floor operations

to ensure smooth and efficient production activities.

Monitor worker performance

and ensure all team members follow safety and quality standards.

Allocate tasks and manpower

based on production needs and shift requirements.

Maintain production records

, attendance, and daily shift reports.

Identify and report machine issues

or process delays to the maintenance/management team
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
