Job Summary:

We are urgently seeking a

Floor Supervisor

for our authorized

Jeep Workshop

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on the workshop floor, supervising technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining productivity and workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate workshop floor activities and daily operations. Allocate jobs to technicians based on skill and workload. Ensure timely completion of service and repair jobs. Monitor job quality and ensure adherence to Jeep service standards. Conduct final inspection of vehicles before delivery to customers. Maintain daily job cards and service reports. Communicate effectively with the service advisor, spare parts department, and customer care. Ensure tools, equipment, and the workshop area are well maintained and safe. Train and guide technicians to improve performance and skills. Handle customer complaints related to technical issues if required.

Key Requirements:

ITI or Diploma in Automobile Engineering (mandatory). Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or Senior Technician in an automobile workshop. Sound knowledge of automobile systems Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Familiarity with service software and job card management.
