Greet customers, listen to their concerns about their two-wheeler, and explain the vehicle's issues in a clear and understandable way.
Assist in diagnosing mechanical problems through visual inspection, road tests, or by questioning the customer. Recommend necessary repairs and explain the rationale to the customer.
Prepare work orders, including a description of the customer's concern, labor estimates, and part requirements.
Communicate with technicians regarding the work needed, follow up on progress, and explain the completed work to the customer.
Schedule service appointments, manage the workflow in the workshop, and inform customers of changes in service or when their two-wheeler is ready.
Handle customer complaints, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide advice on vehicle maintenance and care.
Identify opportunities to recommend additional services and upsell when appropriate, while always prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate cost estimates for labor and parts, and handle payment for completed services.
