Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies for flooring products Monitor and forecast demand and production schedules Manage and coordinate order processes to ensure timely delivery Establish relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts Analyze data to identify and address operational bottlenecks Work closely with sales and production teams to ensure stock levels meet customer demand Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements Conduct regular supplier performance reviews Resolve issues related to inventory, delivery timelines, and order fulfillment
