Greet and assist customers on the sales floor.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Maintain product displays, stock arrangement, and cleanliness of the floor.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve daily/monthly targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide product information.
Prepare basic reports, maintain sales records, and update inventory if required.
Support billing and order processing when needed.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic to strong knowledge of
Excel
Presentable, proactive, and customer-friendly
Ability to learn product details quickly
Previous sales or showroom experience (preferred but not mandatory)
