Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day floor operations to ensure smooth customer service and product availability. Maintain cleanliness, product display standards, and overall floor discipline. Address customer queries, complaints, and escalate issues when required. Supervise floor staff, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to company policies. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines. Operation Management, FIFO / LIFO Management, Stock Management, Refilling, Expiry Control, Maintain All Registers Bay Management, Offer Updates, Debit Management,
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to lead and guide floor staff effectively. Good understanding of retail operations and product management. Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail. Basic computer knowledge and ability to prepare simple reports.

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
