Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all activities on the
sales floor
, ensuring staff are actively engaging with customers and maintaining high service standards.
Monitor
product presentation, cleanliness, and organization
of all floor areas including furniture, kitchenware, home decor, and utility sections.
Support the team in achieving
daily and monthly sales targets
, upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
Serve as the
first point of contact for customer issues
and escalate when necessary.
Oversee
staff shift schedules, attendance, and floor assignments
in coordination with store leadership.
Ensure all floor team members are well-informed about
product features, promotions, and new arrivals
.
Collaborate with Visual Merchandiser to maintain
attractive and updated product displays
.
Conduct regular checks on
stock availability
and coordinate with inventory staff for timely restocking.
Enforce compliance with
store safety, hygiene, and customer service protocols
.
Provide
on-the-spot coaching and training
to team members to improve performance and product knowledge.
Requirements:
Proven experience in retail floor management or supervisory role, preferably in Gift& Toys,Stationary, home, lifestyle, or furniture retail.
Experience Min 1 -2 years in Related department ,product knnowledge, inventory management, people management,Stock Audit, Cash Management.
Strong leadership and customer service skills with a proactive mindset.
Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a
fast-paced, customer-facing environment
.
Basic knowledge of
POS systems, retail operations, and inventory handling
.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma required; degree in Retail Management or Business preferred.
