We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused

Floor Manager

to oversee daily operations on the retail sales floor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers, managing inventory, and driving sales performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, retail management, or a related field is a plus. Minimum

2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or floor management role

. Experience in [industry-specific retail if applicable -- e.g., fashion, Sarees, western, readymade ] preferred.

Working Conditions:

Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as per business needs. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the daily activities of floor staff, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. Monitor sales floor performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions. Ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing according to company guidelines. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and effectively. Train, mentor, and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets. Manage inventory levels on the floor, coordinate with the stockroom, and assist with stock replenishment and product displays. Support the Store Manager in implementing promotional activities and seasonal campaigns. Prepare daily sales reports and provide feedback on staff performance and floor operations. Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff by adhering to company policies and health & safety regulations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
