Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day store floor operations
- Team supervision and staff coordination
- Customer handling and service excellence
- Inventory control & stock management
- Billing, compliance, and SOP adherence
- Driving sales and achieving store targets
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Weekly Off: Rotational (Saturday & Sunday are working days)
- Shift Duration: 10 hours
- Store Timings: Between 9:00 AM 11:00 PM
- Airport Stores: Open 24/7 (rotational shifts)
