Ensure all floor activities run smoothly and efficiently throughout the day.
Complete regular floor walks to check organization, stock placement, and cleanliness.
Lead, train, and monitor floor staff to deliver good performance.
Assign tasks, motivate the team, and conduct regular meetings or briefings.
Assist customers with queries and requests promptly and professionally.
Organize textile products (fabrics, garments, yarns, etc.) attractively and effectively on the floor.
Monitor stock movement and assist with inventory checks.
Help achieve sales targets through effective floor management and customer engagement.
Observe customer demand trends and share insights to improve sales strategy.
