Responsible for overseeing daily showroom operations, managing the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance in a luxury jewellery environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate floor staff to achieve sales targets
Ensure excellent customer service, especially for high-value clients
Maintain proper product display and visual merchandising
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory team
Handle billing accuracy and daily cash management
Train and guide staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
Maintain showroom hygiene, safety, and brand standards
Requirements:
7 to 8 years of experience in jewellery retail, with team management exposure
Strong knowledge of gold, diamonds, and hallmarking standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Familiarity with POS, billing, and inventory systems
Willing to work weekends and peak seasons
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
