Job Description

1- Floor Manager - ( Excluisve jewellery industry only)

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth customer flow

Guide and support the sales team during customer interactions

Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and showroom standards

Handle customer escalations and resolve issues quickly

Monitor sales performance and help achieve daily/weekly targets

Coordinate with billing, inventory, and management teams

Maintain discipline, grooming, and attendance of staff

Ensure proper stock arrangement and timely replenishment

Prepare basic daily floor reports

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and team management

Excellent customer-handling skills

Good communication and problem-solving

Knowledge of jewellery products (preferred)

Experience:

3-5 years in retail or jewellery showroom

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
