Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Store Operations & Maintenance
Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales floor.
Ensure store cleanliness, product display, and visual merchandising standards are maintained.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory staff for replenishment.
Manage cash counter operations and ensure accurate daily reporting.
2. Team Management & Training
Supervise, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
Conduct daily briefings, assign responsibilities, and track staff performance.
Train new employees on customer service, sales techniques, and store procedures.
Maintain staff discipline, grooming, and punctuality standards.
3. Customer Service Excellence
Ensure every customer receives personalized attention and a great shopping experience.
Handle escalations, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Gather customer feedback and share insights for continuous improvement.
4. Sales & Performance Monitoring
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
Set sales targets and ensure team achievement through effective floor management.
Coordinate with management on promotions, offers, and in-store events to drive sales.
5. Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports for management review.
Work closely with store manager and marketing team for promotional activities.
Maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in retail/hospitality management.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a floor management or supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of POS systems, inventory control, and store operations.
