Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Floor Manager at Koskii in Banjara Hills. The Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff training, and optimizing operations for a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

Must be from similar category (Bridal Lehengas, Sarees, Ready Made, Gowns, Dress Materials)

Any Graduate/Diploma Holder/Undergradute

3 to 5 years of experience as a Floor Manager or similar role

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Excellent Communication skills Operations Management and Training skills Experience in customer-focused environments Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and organizational skills
