Job Summary



Makes sure of smooth functioning of patient receiving process/registration process by strictly following the OPD /IPD process and other process and system as per procedure manual. Ensure that the day to day report of his/her floor/area must reach Reporting Manager. Should be have the required information on availability of consultants on a day to day basis also information on services and other information of hospital Be bridge between the clinical and administration staff in all matters. Escalate unresolved problems and issues to General Manager-Operations. Coordinate & communicate with other staff in wards and working area. Proposing initiatives for improving the efficiency of the ward and enhancement of operations function. Checks the feedback forms/ brochures /complaint book etc on the front desk Checks the general stationery and gives the requisition to Facilities in Charge or stores with an ident if anything required. Training of the staff weekly or monthly as and when required . Proper induction of the staff to others in their respective floor Checks the required stock levels of stationery and opd related medicine & consumables and gives an indent Ensure to reduce patient evaluation time and avoid unnecessary delays. Attend to patient grievances and resolve the problems then & there. Ensure patient care executives talk respectfully to patients. Process management of Appointments, Registration, Billing, Payments and Files making Appointment maintaining and reminders to patients and the doctor. Software entries Management at the Registration Ensure that the patients/attendants are kept comfortable at all times and ensure their requirements are met as laid down in hospital rules. Direct patients opting for treatments on special packages to the designated area/block or in the right category of rooms as required by them. Check whether all the staff in his/her working area has reported on their respective duties, If not, contact their respective supervisors and ask for replacement/reliever To assist HR department. Checks the cleanliness at the front office and Wards Checks the flowers/ candy etc on the Desk Checks the newspaper in the waiting area Follow up with Maintenance Department, Housekeeping and security for services required. Escalate issues to HR Manager and General Manager - Operations for unresolved matters.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
