Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our textile retail showroom. The Floor Manager will be responsible for supervising sales staff, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing merchandise display, and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor sales staff. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service and addressing queries and complaints efficiently. Monitor sales performance and achieve showroom sales targets. Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and stock display in line with brand standards. Train and motivate floor staff to improve sales techniques and customer engagement. Track inventory levels, coordinate with the inventory team for stock replenishment. Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and POS system usage by the staff. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and communicate them to management. Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with operational standards. Handle VIP customers and assist with special requests and custom orders when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in textiles or fashion. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles. Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced environment. Proficient with POS systems and MS Office.
