Key Responsibilities

Supervise and train floor staff to deliver high-quality customer service and achieve sales targets. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and ensure merchandise is attractively displayed. Oversee opening and closing procedures and maintain a clean, safe, well-organized environment. Address customer complaints and queries promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction. Implement company policies, compliance standards, and health/safety regulations. Analyze sales figures, develop strategies to improve profitability, and report performance to senior management. Prepare staff schedules to ensure optimal floor coverage during peak hours.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience in inventory management, staff scheduling, and retail operations. Ability to work in fast-paced environments and solve operational challenges proactively. Proficiency with inventory/POS systems and retail management software. Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of supervisory or managerial retail experience.

Pay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
