Oversee day-to-day floor operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
Supervise and guide front office, therapists, and support staff to deliver top-quality service.
Monitor appointment scheduling, client flow, and service timelines for efficient operations.
Address and resolve client concerns promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and therapists for seamless service delivery.
Track inventory of products, consumables, and equipment; manage stock and requisitions.
Ensure adherence to clinic protocols, hygiene, and safety standards.
Conduct regular team briefings, training, and performance evaluations.
Assist in achieving monthly revenue and client retention targets.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on operations, staff performance, and client feedback.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; hospitality or healthcare management background preferred.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in floor/operations management, preferably in a salon, spa, clinic, or wellness industry.
Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and appointment management software is an advantage.
