Oversee daily shop floor operations and ensure smooth store functioning
Drive sales targets and improve customer experience
Supervise, guide, and motivate floor staff
Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, and stock availability
Handle customer issues and resolve complaints promptly
Monitor billing, cash handling, and POS operations
Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and SOP compliance
Coordinate with Store Manager for reports and daily performance updates
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
