Hiring Floor Manager sales
Team Handling Experience required( 8-10 )
CRM experience required
Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Tele Counsellors.
Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them,
Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve results,
Assist team members in closing deals and Achieve their targets,
Location: Rajouri garden
Salary: 25 k-30k(Negotiable) plus incentives
Proper Training will be provided if get selected.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
