Job Responsibilities:

Sales Supervision:

Monitor daily sales activities on the shop floor to ensure sales targets are met. Motivate and guide the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve KPIs. Implement upselling and cross-selling techniques to boost store revenue.

Team Management:

Supervise, train, and schedule floor staff including sales associates, cashiers, and stock handlers. Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and address team issues promptly. Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.

Customer Experience:

Ensure a high standard of customer service across the floor. Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally. Create a welcoming and engaging in-store experience.

Visual Merchandising:

Ensure the store layout and displays are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines. Oversee regular replenishment and rotation of merchandise on the floor. Coordinate with the visual merchandising team for promotional and seasonal setups.

Inventory & Stock Management:

Monitor stock levels on the floor and coordinate with the warehouse for timely replenishment. Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory audits. Ensure proper tagging, folding, and placement of merchandise.

Operational Oversight:

Ensure the shop floor is clean, organized, and safe for staff and customers. Maintain compliance with health & safety, and company operational standards. Ensure all POS systems, devices, and tools are functioning correctly.

Sales Reporting:

Monitor and report daily sales performance and customer feedback to the Store Manager. Analyze product performance and suggest improvements in display or stock allocation.

Loss Prevention:

Monitor floor activities to prevent theft and shrinkage. Train staff on security protocols and handle incident reporting.

Coordination with Other Departments:

Collaborate with the store manager, warehouse, HR, and marketing teams for store operations and promotional events. Support the execution of campaigns, offers, and new launches on the shop floor.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
