We are looking for a Floor Manager to handle daily floor operations, supervise staff, ensure a smooth customer experience, and maintain operational standards. The role includes monitoring day-to-day activities, ensuring compliance, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal departments for efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily floor operations
Supervise, guide, and support floor staff
Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations
Monitor floor activities and maintain service standards
Coordinate with Security, Finance, and other departments
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Prepare operational reports and documentation
Conduct staff meetings and support training activities
Review floor performance and suggest improvements
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
3-4 years of experience in Operations / Retail / Hospitality / Facility Management / Customer Service
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel required)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong leadership and team-management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
Age: 30+
