Sales and Operations
: Ensure daily sales targets are met and exceeded. Manage opening and closing procedures and other daily operations.
Customer Service
: Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring staff deliver exceptional service. Handle customer complaints, issues, and returns professionally.
Visual Merchandising
: Ensure the store has high standards for cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal, with well-maintained displays.
Inventory Control
: Monitor inventory levels, perform stock audits, manage stock replenishment, and implement procedures to reduce shrinkage.
Security
: Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard valuable merchandise against theft.
Administration
: Assist with store administration, such as reporting on buying trends and customer needs.
Promotions
: Coordinate and implement promotional events and in-store displays.
