The Floor Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day operations in the retail showroom, ensuring excellent customer experience, smooth sales flow, proper product display, and efficient team coordination. This role directly supports showroom sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
Greet and assist walk-in customers and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
Handle customer queries, product explanations, and service support.
Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
Team Leadership
Supervise sales executives and support staff on the showroom floor.
Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.
Conduct on-floor training for sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling.
Sales & Targets
Support the team to achieve daily and monthly showroom sales targets.
Track sales performance and share daily sales reports with management.
Motivate team members to upsell & cross-sell products.
Showroom Operations
Maintain proper product display, merchandising, lighting, cleanliness, and ambience.
Ensure stock availability on shelves and coordinate with inventory team for replenishment.
Verify billing flow, POS operations, and order processing.
Monitor discipline, grooming standards, and showroom SOP compliance.
Reporting
Prepare daily floor operations report (footfall, sales, issues).
Share feedback from customers and staff with management for improvements.

Education
Any Degree / Diploma (Retail or Sales background preferred).

Salary Range
Based on experience and showroom category.
