Floor Manager:

Placing orders for replenishment according to forecasted demand and considering factors such as historical sales data, lead time, market demand, competitor pricing and seasonality. Managing inventory documentation and records to improve inventory control.

Managing customer complaints:

Customer service management helps a company succeed by improving sales and enhancing brand reputation. A floor manager oversees the customer support team as they interact with customers to understand their concerns and provide effective resolutions.

Training employees:

As a floor manager, you might assist in the recruitment process, including hiring, onboarding and training employees. For example, a warehouse floor manager trains new employees on safety procedures, warehouse operations and equipment usage
