Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Floor Manager / Packaging Supervisor to oversee production floor activities and packaging operations. This role is responsible for ensuring packaging lines operate efficiently, teams meet production goals, and all processes comply with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, process-driven, and a team leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

?Supervise daily floor and packaging activities to ensure timely completion of production schedules.

?Monitor packaging line efficiency and staff performance to achieve productivity and quality targets.

?Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, hygiene, and safety protocols across all processes.

?Coordinate with production planning, QA, maintenance, and inventory teams to maintain workflow.

?Train and mentor floor staff to uphold company standards and drive performance.

?Maintain accurate documentation of packaging operations, material usage, and shift-wise reports.

?Identify and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime.

?Assist during audits, inspections, and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education:

?Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetic Technology, Chemical Engineering, Production, or related fields.

Hard Skills:

?Practical knowledge of packaging machinery and equipment operation.

?Understanding of quality standards in cosmetic/personal care manufacturing.

?Ability to interpret and implement production plans and SOPs.

?Proficient in maintaining daily reports and compliance records.

Soft Skills:

?Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.

?Excellent communication and coordination skills.

?High attention to detail and quality.

?Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.

?Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Experience:

?Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a cosmetic, skin care, oral care, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

?Prior experience in floor supervision and packaging operations is essential.
