The Floor Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Floor Manager will also train and manage staff as well as handle communication with customers. Qualifications Prior experience as a Floor Manager. Experience in operations management Training and team management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality management or related field Fluency in English and Hindi Experience working in the restaurant industry is a plus.
