The Floor Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic floor. This role ensures smooth patient flow, staff coordination, excellent service delivery, and adherence to clinic protocols and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily floor operations to ensure timely patient consultation and treatment.
Coordinate with doctors, counselors, and therapists to maintain schedule efficiency.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall ambiance of the clinic.
Ensure proper patient guidance from registration to billing and treatment completion.
Handle patient complaints or queries with a focus on quick resolution and satisfaction.
Maintain discipline, grooming, and punctuality among the floor staff.
Supervise the front office, housekeeping, and support teams.
Ensure adherence to all SOPs and quality standards.
Maintain stock of consumables and report shortages to the concerned department.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports to management.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; diploma in hospitality/healthcare management is a plus.
2+ years of experience in a supervisory or floor management role, preferably in healthcare or hospitality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM/EMR software familiarity preferred).
Working Conditions:
Full-time role, including weekends and holidays as per clinic schedule.
Standing and walking for extended periods on the clinic floor.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
