Support Store Manager in smooth day-to-day operations as per company policies
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through active customer interaction

Ensure timely submission of operational and MIS reports

Manage security controls including cash, keys, alarms, and stock
Follow visual merchandising guidelines set by the company

Train staff on product knowledge, schemes, and service standards
Supervise staff performance across sales, service, security, presentation, merchandising, and stock control
Ensure effective manpower utilization and reduce employee turnover
Identify and create growth paths for high-performing team members
