We are looking for a Floor Manager to oversee day-to-day floor operations, manage staff, ensure a smooth customer experience, and maintain operational standards. The role involves supervising team members, monitoring daily activities, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with internal departments for efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily floor operations.
Supervise, guide, and support floor staff.
Ensure professional service standards and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries, escalations, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with Security, Finance, and other internal teams.
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
Conduct staff training and ensure adherence to company policies.
Maintain a safe, clean, and disciplined work environment.
Review floor performance and recommend improvements.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
3-4 years of experience in Operations / Facility / Retail / Hospitality / Customer Service or Supervisory role.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel required).
Leadership ability and people management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Age: 30+
