Job Summary:

Batukbhai Jewellers is seeking a dynamic and experienced Floor Manager to lead operations at our Gold Showroom in Shankar Nagar, Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or jewellery sales, team leadership, and customer service. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, achieving sales targets, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and managing the sales team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day floor operations of the gold jewellery showroom. Lead and supervise the sales team to ensure excellent customer service and achievement of sales targets. Manage inventory display, cleanliness, and showroom presentation. Address customer queries and complaints with professionalism and timely resolution. Maintain customer relationship and follow-up for after-sales service and repeat business. Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for sales staff. Coordinate with stock and inventory team for product availability and stock updates. Monitor and report on daily sales, footfall, and team performance to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies, billing accuracy, and showroom security standards.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in jewellery retail or luxury retail management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-oriented mindset with proven ability to achieve targets. Good knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery preferred.
