JD:

Schedule and assign tasks to staff, ensuring sufficient coverage during peak hours. Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and address any performance-related issues. Answers customers' questions, resolves problems, and maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources. Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis Track daily sales and operational performance, reporting to senior management with insights and recommendations. Ensure timely replenishment of stock, proper inventory management, and loss prevention. Collaborate with team members to ensure all service and operational targets are met. Maintain regular communication with management to provide updates on floor activities. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Skills Required

:

5+ years of proven textile experience as a Floor Manager, or supervisory role within a retail Showroom or service environment. Proficiency in handling operational tasks, including inventory management and staff scheduling. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and operational management tools. Proficiency in using inventory management or retail management software systems.
