Oversee day-to-day floor operations to ensure smooth restaurant service.
Supervise service staff and assign duties to ensure adequate coverage during all shifts.
Greet guests, manage table allocation, and ensure a high standard of customer experience.
Handle guest complaints, feedback, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Coordinate between kitchen, bar, and service teams for timely order execution.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of the dining area and service stations.
Train, motivate, and mentor floor staff to maintain service standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Monitor stock of service equipment and coordinate with store/purchase team when required.
Assist in handling billing issues, cash reconciliation, and daily sales closure when needed.
Prepare daily floor reports and update management on operations, guest feedback, and staffing.
Support management in achieving revenue targets through upselling and service quality improvement.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
